Job Description
The Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance and repair of aggregates processing equipment. This includes heavy mobile construction equipment and major components of aggregate processing equipment.
This position requires a champion of safety, following and implementing Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) rules, as well as company, local, state, and federal safety/environmental regulations.
Key responsibilities include effective management of shops in various locations, ability to work with shop managers to ensure work meets company/project goals and deadlines, establishment of maintenance repair and replacement standards, and coordination between shops and vendors.
