Reports To: Clinical Supervisor

Full Job Description

- Implement behavior intervention plans- Collect data on client behaviors and progress- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans- Teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors and skills

- Complete bed checks in the evening

-Assist with planning and implementing fun activities

-Provide curriculum driven groups

Preferred qualifications for the facilitator candidate:- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
