Key Responsibilities :
- Site Management : Lead electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Technical Oversight : Review and interpret electrical plans and specifications specific to military environments, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, architects, and other trades supervisors to coordinate electrical installations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Quality Control : Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that all electrical work meets the highest standards
