Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including workers information if applicable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Send and reply to emails
- Support team members with various tasks as a personal assistant when needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as a business receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy with experience using office software and phone systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is advantageous.
