We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee complete project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for 2-3 job sites at a time. These are primarily major remodels and custom home builds.
As a construction project coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to oversee the operations of a construction project. You'll manage supplies, update clients on progress, and implement procedures to adhere to building and safety codes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
