Packer and Shipper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and accurately. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as you will play a key part in the logistics process.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products according to specifications and guidelines to ensure safe transport.
• Inspect items for quality and completeness before packing.
• Label packages clearly and correctly to facilitate efficient shipping.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including overtime during peak seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
