LK Jordan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Marketing Representative for our client located in Northeast Houston. Position Summary:
This full-time, on-site hybrid role combines inside sales and marketing duties. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to wear multiple hats. A business-minded college graduate eager to grow professionally will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Focus:
- Manage and process online requests from digital platforms
- Prepare accurate quotes and enter sales orders
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers
- Respond to inquiries, follow up with prospects, and provide top-tier customer service
- Work with the administrative team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and lead generation
Marketing Focus:
- Support and execute marketing strategies
- Maintain and update website and social media platforms
- Develop and send email marketing campaigns
- Analyze marketing data and trends to improve engagement
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials and campaigns
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing) is a plus, not required
Compensation & Details:
- Salary: $45,000 – $48,000 annually
- Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on sales performance
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
