Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for direct hire positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Offer Negotiation and Placement: Manage the offer negotiation process and ensure successful placement of candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships with potential candidates and clients.
