Member Service Representative – Westchase Office
Location: Westchase, Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; every other Saturday, 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour (Direct Hire)
Reports to: Member Service Manager
LK Jordan is seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team. This service-focused role is based in the Call Center and is responsible for assisting members with account services, loan applications, online banking issues, and email inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while cross-selling products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide account services and support loan applications
- Assist members with online banking and email inquiries
- Cross-sell LK Jordan products and services
- Conduct account research and resolve member issues
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Call Center and or extensive customer service experience required
- Previous experience in a financial institution preferred
- Proficiency in a Windows-based environment
- Bilingual Spanish required
