Responsibilities:
- Help customers at front counter (setting up orders, helping with product knowledge, ringing customers up)
- Develop inventory management
- Data entry (inputting all invoices in system)
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
