Duties

- Supervise and train team members on best practices in groundskeeping, tree care, and irrigation techniques.
- Plan and execute landscape projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Monitor the health of plants, trees, and lawns, implementing care strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all landscaping activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles, with a focus on lawn care and garden maintenance.
