Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ roofing needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Manage existing accounts while developing new business relationships in the B2B sector.
- Utilize technology sales techniques to present roofing products and services effectively.
- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions that meet their needs.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying additional services that may benefit clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any client issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation and account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
