What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Associate position at L&M Wealth Management?
L&M is home to 20 financial advisors and 30 support staff. Long-term relationships with long-term people is the foundation of all that we do.

Client Service Associate
This position will assist one of our wonderful financial advisors in serving our wonderful clients, specifically:
- Non-technical & vital skills required: excellent customer service; engaging with our clients in a friendly, competent, and professional way; attention to detail & organization to ensure there are no cracks for things to fall through. If you’ve experienced our societal decline in customer service over the past decade, the right person for this role will be part of the solution to that.
- Technical skills required: for the security of our clients’ investments, those investments are held at a number of partner organizations including AssetMark, Orion, National Financial Services, Pershing, and others. While all of these organizations afford us the independence to direct our clients’ investments to the place that will best serve their unique situation, our Client Service Associates are elite in our industry at functioning in several systems, not just one.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
