Summary
Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, this full-time, non-exempt hourly role assists in the development, management, training and education for all digital banking products and services. This individual will also assist in all feature and application design, work with various departments and third-parties to resolve digital banking issues in a timely and professional manner, and provide an excellent customer service experience to members as well as credit union staff and management. Outside of core responsibilities, this role may also include assisting with integration projects and other projects as assigned.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Assist with digital banking projects and initiatives to enhance products and services and increase customer engagements.
- Assume lead role for testing new feature and functionality while engaging with third-parties to deliver on design and service expectations.
- Research and resolves complex problems regarding service activities and operational issues specific to digital banking solutions.
- Provide technical support to members and staff and perform data entry into Help Desk software.
- Conduct research and maintains good working knowledge of the industry, technology, regulations, security best practices and the local competitive market.
- Develop and document procedures, controls and training for teams that support customer interactions via digital channels.
- Analyze data and for reporting and assist in detecting possible fraud and reacts accordingly. Assist in data gathering and other tasks related to annual NCUA examinations.
- Represent the credit union to the member in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Has working knowledge of the services offered by the credit union. Understands, promotes and adheres to the policies of the credit union. Practices confidentiality as indicated in employee matters and credit union operations.
- Cooperates and works together as a team with co-workers, maintains a neat work area and performs other related duties as assigned by management. Treat other employees with respect. Contribute and maintain a positive working atmosphere and team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications and Certifications
- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience.
- Strong project coordination experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
