What You Will Learn
Evaluating and provide color adjustment direction to cosmetic and OTC products, performing physio-chemical bulk testing, and conduct pilot batching to develop adjustments for industrial scale formulas. Must work with minimal supervision in a laboratory setting.

- Requires a detail-oriented individual who can keep organized data
- Must have strong problem solving, interpersonal, team, project management, bench and communications (oral & written) skills
- Successfully interface with R&D and marketing
- Able to multi-task and problem solve, while maintaining a clear sense of priorities and focus. Works well within team environment
- Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Must be flexible, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, shifts and work well under pressure. Ability to use sound judgment in handling unanticipated situations autonomously
- Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
What We Are Looking For:
- BS or BA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science.
- 1-3 years of experience in color cosmetic with an emphasis in emulsions and/or lipstick based products.
- Visual color matching experience.
- Pass color evaluation test.
- Job Specific Experience/Skills
- Technical Skills (i.e., SAP, MS Office, etc.)
- List Physical Requirements of the Role (i.e., sitting, standing, twisting, bending, physical in-office presence)
