Salary Range [New York]: $98,400-$140,200 base salary (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)

What You Will Learn
- Brand Immersion & Category Expertise: Support and contribute to content strategy with a primary focus on revenue-driving multi-brand campaigns for retail partners like Macy’s, Sephora and Ulta across our LUXE portfolio. Develop dual-axe category expertise in luxury makeup and skincare to bring our brand stories to life during key promotional moments. Execute with a OneLUXE mindset to leverage creative and production expertise to develop shoot efficiencies across all brand units.
- Content Production & Project Management: Manage day-to-day execution of content production across Multi-Brand and Brand Unit projects, from briefing and pre-production planning to on-set execution (when applicable) and post-production. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. This includes managing project timelines, resources, and communication with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, production companies, freelancers).
- Content Creation & Editing: Create and edit video and photo content, or direct external partners in content creation, ensuring high-quality output optimized for our retail partners (Macy’s, Sephora, Ulta) and e-Commerce channels (D2C, Amazon, e-Retail). Create multiple versions of content tailored to different platforms and best practices. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, and digital design best practices to support internal content development.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand marketing and e-Commerce CMO partners) to understand content needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project briefs and deliverables. Work with internal and external partners to source and brief creative talent (e.g., videographers, photographers, influencers).
- Asset Management & Organization: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for various teams. Maintain asset libraries and archives, adhering to established naming conventions and metadata tagging practices.
- Content Playbook Support: Support the development and maintenance of content playbooks and learning agendas, documenting best practices and providing guidance to other team members.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degre
- 3-5 years in content production and management
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects independently
- The ideal candidate has a background in consumer-centric video production for e-retail and/or media.
- Brings a high level of technical and editing technique knowledge
- Has proven experience shooting and editing middle-funnel e-retail photos and video.
- Prior experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Platforms
