What You Will Learn

CeraVe, a beloved skincare brand enjoyed in over 70 countries, is searching for a passionate and driven Manager, Advocacy and Influence to join our Global Digital Marketing team! Reporting to the Head of Advocacy and Influence, you'll play a key role in amplifying CeraVe's voice and building a vibrant global community online.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on a brand experiencing phenomenal growth.

You'll be part of a dynamic in-house agency, collaborating with talented colleagues and external partners to bring CeraVe's digital presence to life across the globe.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support the development of the CeraVe advocacy ecosystem in our most dynamic emerging markets across the world, delivering results that will fuel the CeraVe business.
  • Become an expert in the content dynamics of your markets: gaining a deep understanding of the competitors, trends, and talent in markets like India, Brazil and Gulf Countries.
  • Support the development of a global advocacy ecosystem for CeraVe that includes seeding, eventing, paid content, and culture hacking
  • Analyze data to diagnose CeraVe’s position in emerging markets, looking at share of views, mentions and engagements and the tactics that contribute to each
  • Fuel the team with social listening insights specific to emerging markets
  • Identify existing and rising stars to become global partners and spokespeople in your markets under the CeraVe brand
  • Help manage relationships with a diverse range of brand advocates, including celebrities, dermatologists, skincare experts, and everyday CeraVe enthusiasts.
  • Support the strategy and execution of the CeraVe global event with regard to emerging market attendance
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in the digital landscape, particularly those related to emerging markets

Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience
  • Demonstrates L’Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator
  • Data-analytics experience in the digital ecosystem and comfort tracking KPIs to gain insight on campaign performance
  • Strong relevant experience in advocacy and influence, concepting, briefing, and executing influencer campaigns at scale
  • Experience managing an influencer agency and working effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Great attitude and team spirit, willingness to collaborate with a large team of stakeholders
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey creative ideas through language and visuals
  • Systems Proficiency in Social Listening Tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands, and priorities in a very fast-paced environment

Additional Benefits Information As Follows

Salary Range: $98,400 -$140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
