This team is responsible for designing and implementing robust processes to create, maintain, and manage data records, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Data Object Migration
- Understand how data is enriched through transformation and derivation processes (e.g., TIBCO Tables).
- Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documents to ensure accurate data migration.
- Validate data conversions, report defects, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Follow data cutover plans, identify missing steps, and optimize task durations to improve each cutover phase.
- Raise and resolve data conversion defects to ensure seamless migration.
- Apply data governance principles and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Define testing scopes and create detailed test scripts.
- Act as a test lead, ensuring cross-functional teams execute test cases efficiently with smooth handovers.
- Execute test steps, identify defects, and support their resolution.
- Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process flows, and playbooks.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions as needed.
- Identify high-level change impacts and create actionable plans.
- Serve as a key hyper care lead to ensure post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with the app remediation team to support testing efforts.
- Act as a bridge between the business and NEO Global teams to ensure business continuity.
- Expertise in master data management, including taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, and data literacy tools.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong decision-making skills, using pro/con analysis and effective storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data profiling and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on identifying patterns and trends.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
