IT Cosmetics - - Beauty Advisor - BEL AIR - MOBILE, AL

• It Cosmetics, a prestige brand, is looking for a candidate to connect with clients and determine their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients and determine their needs.
• Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)
• Empower the client by teaching them how to use their IT Cosmetics products.
• Achieve sales objectives by engaging clients in the following areas of our multi-faceted brand: Skincare and Makeup.
• Attract and recruit new IT Cosmetics customers, utilizing retailer clienteling tools.
• Attend seasonal IT Cosmetics-hosted training seminars and/or digital learning modules.
• Display exceptional customer service.
• Commitment to work retailer-set schedule.
• Work with Sales and Training Executive, retail management and corporate sales team to execute promotions and drive daily business.

Job Qualifications:

• All sales/client facing experience considered; Cosmetic/Fragrance sales experience not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A drive for achieving positive sales results.
• A willingness to learn and use digital tools and programs.
• Able to work weekends and some holidays, as set by Retailer.
• Maintain visual standards and a clean counter environment.
• Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods.

Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$22 hourly depending on location and experience. Offers for employment and final pay rate are determined by the retailer, who is the employer for this role.
