Job Purpose
I am the Global Social Media & Advocacy Manager for the Brand. I am responsible for community management and social listening for our Global Instagram account. I am also responsible for supporting the Senior Manager of Global Communications & Advocacy on the management of the Brand’s Global Influencer Squad. I manage the day to day relationship with the Squad making sure they have products, briefs and feel supported in content creation.
Job Duties and Accountabilities
Overview:
- Manage community management and social listening for Global Instagram account
- Support the with Global Communications and Advocacy strategy in partnership with Sr Manager with selection, execution and on-going relationships with VIP and Global KOL Squad from selection to execution
- Support with data tracking and management to report back on key KPIs for social media and advocacy
- Support with administrative responsibilities within the
- Partner with Global Communications & Advocacy lead plus Social Media leads to support with any ad hoc requests
- Comanage mailer execution (SHOP orders, CRF, PO submission, customer template creation)
- Assist in supporting all in-person/virtual events
- Assist with product send outs/gifting as needed
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in public relations/communications in agency or in-house. Experience in beauty communications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Well-versed in the influencer space, including content trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel data analysis platforms like Google Analytics
