What You Will Do :
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Marketing will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in marketing leadership. The AVP will oversee a team of marketing professionals, manage marketing budgets, and collaborate closely with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Budget Management : Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Campaign Execution : Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, public relations and in-store POS.
- Brand Management : Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing activities, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Performance Measurement : Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with sales, education, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Innovation and Best Practices : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
