POSITION: Customer Master Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Customer Master – SalonCentric
REPORTS TO: Customer Master Data Manager
LOCATION: Saint Petersburg, FL
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Customer Master Specialist within the Customer Master team. Our Customer Master team is responsible for setup and maintenance of over 1 million active customers from SalonCentric’s various beauty professional customer types within the SAP ERP system.
As a Customer Master Specialist, a successful candidate is expected to have strong data entry/customer service skills and be very detail oriented. Excellent communication skills are crucial as in addition to processing requests directly from customers, they will be working closely with sales, customer care, credit, and other teams throughout the company.
In summary, this role functions as an expert in understanding and reinforcing the vital role customer data integrity plays in all aspects of our supply chain, as well as the beauty industry.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update customer data attributes based on requests from Customers, Sales reps, and other departments
- Obtain/verify professional licensure to setup new customer accounts
- Verify/setup tax exemptions
- Research and communicate statuses of customer account data based on requests
- Data cleansing/reporting projects as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years data entry/customer service experience preferred
- SAP, Salesforce, or related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
