What You Will Learn:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director for the Period Closing & Report Production dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the AVP achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial operations.
- Collaborate closely with the AVP to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive key initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
- Facilitate effective communication within the PC&RP team.
- Help prepare high-impact presentations.
- Streamline and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the AVP.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the BEST team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the PC&RP team members.
- Identify and address professional development opportunities for the PC&RP team.
- Ensure collaboration with business and global teams on transformation initiatives, including change management, training, roles and responsibilities, and ways of working.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing/leading teams.
- Must have strong SAP knowledge.
- Most strong Magnitude experience or similar reporting systems.
- Must possess strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with ownership mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill interacting all levels of the organization.
- Must be a proactive team-player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with consumer-packaged goods company
- Compass experience
