Leadership Position
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Operations personnel at our Distribution Center.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Operations personnel to achieve production goals.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and supervisors.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance productivity and quality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency.
- Resolve any quality or inventory issues with internal and external customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on leadership.
- Experience working with WMS or ERP systems, with SAP being an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability and autonomy in decision-making.
- Knowledge of distribution procedures and processes.
