JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phones to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Assist staff and parents as requested.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Ensures family tuition accounts are kept up to date and accurate.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Provide administrative support to additional special projects as requested.
- Utilize office appliances such as copier, printer, etc. and computers for data entry and spreadsheet creation, etc.
- Conducts research as requested, such as locating websites, articles and data.
- Perform other related duties.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior related office experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
