Many of SJ Creations bath and beauty products can be found at our larger retailer locations, and now our natural organic skin care and body care products are available online. We work with wholesalers to create private label bath and body gift products. Our team is continually creating new organic and natural bath and body products and gift sets for both wholesale and retail product lines.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Product Execution Coordinator is responsible for supporting the SJ Creations product development quality control team. The Product Execution Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity from initial item set up through to the hand off to production, as well as managing customer service, as a liaison with the quality team. The Product Execution Coordinator reports to the Quality & Regulatory Sr. Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and own the shipping desk coordination, including shipments and receipts.
- Manage and own the creation of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on time and accurate results.
- Supports the Sourcing Specialist with key details for master standards.
- Own BOM information communication with Contract Manufacturer partners as required.
- Answer and address customer service phone calls and emails.
- Manage and support customer claims process from receipt to solution.
- Conduct Trademark and Patent checks during product development
- Submit and manage MoCRA cosmetic registration process.
- Support continuous improvement opportunities where identified.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree; 3-4 years of professional experience.
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Critical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfort in managing multiple projects, working with various cross functional groups.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive, can-do attitude.
- Curiosity and vigor to learn, grow and challenge the status quo.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills in particular with Excel and PowerPoint.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Hybrid Schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM with variation based on business demands
PAY RANGE: $69,000 to $70,000
