- Execute department resets and retags according to provided instructions
- Process customer returns and pack merchandise associated with resets
- Coordinate with store management during check-in and check-out to address any questions or concerns
- Ensure cleanliness of shelves and dust products as needed
- Electronically update relevant systems with reset information and complete time and expense forms
- Capture and upload pictures of completed work to the designated platform
- High School Diploma or G.E.D; previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct physical work, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting
- Proof of car insurance
- Motor vehicle history with 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months
- Computer or smartphone with an internet connection
- Proficiency in basic personal computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics
