Job Summary:
As a Precast Concrete Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales of our precast concrete products, including safety ends and inlet types A, F, and C, to contractors, developers, engineers, and architects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these products and their applications and a proven track record of sales experience in the construction or precast concrete industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors, engineers, architects, and developers.
- Promote and sell our precast concrete products, including safety ends, and inlet types A, F, and C, highlighting the benefits and applications of each product.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they receive tailored solutions for their projects.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients, including pricing and delivery details.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and attending trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving company growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Required: Proven sales experience, preferably within the precast concrete or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of precast products, specifically safety ends, and inlet types A, F, and C.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and achieve goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
