ERP Analyst
We are looking for an ERP Analyst to join our corporate office in Schofield. We are seeking an organized and analytical individual with excellent communication skills proficient in Acumatica.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update configuration of Acumatica to align with business requirements.
- Customize modules and workflows to improve operational efficiency while ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in Acumatica. Create and update associated training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Acumatica.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Oversee data integration and maintenance within Acumatica.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements as needed.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, with a strong focus on Acumatica.
- Proficient in Acumatica modules such as Financials, Distribution, and Project Accounting.
- Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
