What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at L&S Mechanical?
The ideal candidate would be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment on multiple platforms. We would also need someone that can effectively communicate with our customers and technicians with ease, and someone who can learn quick! You would be responsible for handling a multi-line phone system, making calls to schedule our customers, book appointments accurately and have basic knowledge of the DFW area map. We are looking for a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task with ease, because after all, this is an HVAC company in Texas!
This position provides the opportunity to work the On-Call phone one week a month for additional overtime pay along with an on call bonus, where you handle the phones on nights/weekends from home.
Requirements:
- Flexibility in schedule
- CSR Experience - 2 years
- HVAC Experience - 1 year preferred
- Attention to detail, able to multi-task efficiently

- Dispatching technicians from ServiceTitan
- Answering Emails
- Data Entry
- Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
