Job Summary
As a Parts Expeditor at L&S, you will be assisting in the ordering of parts. This job entails dealing with account discrepancies and managing returns. You will be required to manage AHRI and equipment availability. Key relationships in this role, but not limited to, would be Service Technicians and production supervisors.
General Responsibilities
- Order plumbing, electrical and HVAC parts for return calls, backed by a supportive, successful team.
- Address Accounting discrepancies between POs issued and invoices received for parts.
- Manage HVAC returns.
- Manage current AHRI matchups.
- Manage equipment availability.
Qualifications
- 2 years in new home construction related telephone customer service.
- Proficient in basic computer skills that include but are not limited to data entry, MS Outlook, and Excel.
- Effective at building and maintaining positive relationships with the service technicians, production managers, superintendents, and coworkers to ensure timely completion of job duties.
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, communicate well, and be committed to providing quality work.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new projects with a "can do" attitude.
- Perform the physical demands of the position - working indoors with long periods of time sitting; listening and speaking on the telephone; viewing monitor and workstation.
