Duties and Responsibilities:
Director of Global Cybersecurity leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect the organization's information assets, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. This critical role will oversee global cybersecurity operations, manage risk, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategy: Design and execute a robust global cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Develop policies and procedures to manage risk effectively.
- Incident Response: Lead the incident response team to address and remediate cybersecurity incidents promptly. Develop and maintain an incident response plan.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Security Operations: Oversee global security operations, including monitoring, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security architecture.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team. Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity.

- Will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the operating environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in a global organization with knowledge of international cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
