- As a Foreman specializing in pipefitting and concrete, you will manage and lead a small crew responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems and concrete structures in a construction environment. You will oversee the daily operations, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a small crew on oil and gas construction projects and concrete projects.
- Coordinate and manage the installation of piping systems
- Installation of concrete foundation.
- Meet project specifications and schedules.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide the installation and repair of pipes and concrete.
- Monitor worksite safety, ensuring that all workers comply with safety protocols and regulations.
- Ensure quality control on all installations, verifying that materials and methods meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site.
Qualifications:
- Experience in oil and gas construction and concrete construction
- Expertise in pipefitting and concrete installation, repair, and maintenance in an industrial setting.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and industry best practices.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining safety and quality.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
