Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers, excavators, compactors, motor graders, etc.
- Perform loader operations and manage machinery as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Safely transport materials and equipment to designated locations on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, compactors, motor graders, etc.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job site regulations.
