First Office Application (FOA) / First Site Application (FSA)/ Lab Validation role
- First time product for a customer and/or first-time combination of product(s) (non-GA and GA)
- Uses the output deliverables of the Solution Architect and Design Team: HLD, LLD, CIQ
- Does the deployment and integration, ATP, new sw release, feature testing based on inputs above and clear SOW
- Duration of integration and ATP are directly correlated with SOW and P.O. quoted and previously agreed by Pre-Sales/Sales/Account Team and customer
- Focused on new Feature introduction with new Software load and existing Software Validation
- Secures customer acceptance with Extreme emphasis on a healthy system that is stable/production grade and ready for live traffic.
