Job Description & Skill Requirement :
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in documentation tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Word)
- Proficient in technical writing, including creating clear, concise, and accurate content
- Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
- Analyze data to create well-structured documents
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for organizing and publishing content
- Knowledge in Engineering Product Development life cycle process, PLM workflow including Change Management
- Work closely with subject-matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in technical descriptions, diagrams, and instructions
- Consistently follow style guidelines
- Desire to have HVAC product knowledge (at a high level).
