- Strong knowledge on Siebel data model and Siebel UCM Enterprise Architecture.
- Proficiency in Siebel Tools and application is expected.
- Strong knowledge in scripting, workflows, Business Services, Web services.
- Strong knowledge on data quality, cleansing, matching, survivorship rule.
- Data processing in both batch and real time.
- Troubleshooting with production issues, log analysis and resolving them.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with integration team and resolving integration issues.
- Assists with impact and root analysis.
- Perform code migration across environments, good Understanding of doing deployments.
- Respond and complete service requests and incidents within SLAs.
Nice to have:
- Oracle EDQ knowledge & PL SQL knowledge
