Clinic Assistant (Lice Removal Technician)
This position requires you to be flexible and willing to accommodate our clients' appointments; by driving to and from the clinic as well as client house calls. We are open 7 days a week so weekend availability is required. Lice is very common and often stressful for everyone involved. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be our clients' hero, through your honesty, patient care, and professionalism during the lice removal process. 

Responsibilities

• Provide head-checks, treatments and nitpicking for any affected household member
• Educate clients all about the Lice Troopers treatment process 
• Arrive at your assigned destination punctually, professionally and with the appropriate supplies
• Sell Lice Troopers lice removal products, when appropriate
• Provide clients with informational literature
• Answer client questions 
• Prepare invoices and collect payments
• Sterilize equipment
• Maintain store operations and foster meaningful and lasting relationships

Requirements

• 1 year of experience is preferred
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including weekends)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and MUST have good eye sight (in order to be able to find small nits in the hair)
• Must be comfortable with the concept and job of nitpicking
• Strong customer service skills and compassion for other people
• Calm, friendly, professional, and patient demeanor
• Adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Reliable transportation, valid car insurance, and valid driver's license

Schedule
Monday-Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Part-time/Full-time
