We are seeking professional, well-presented, and self-motivated individuals to administer & perform COVID-19 tests in our company van!
Duties:
- Drive to assigned location.
- Collect & log patient paperwork and documentation as needed
- Perform Nasal PCR and Nasal Rapid Antigen tests, as well as Antibody tests through prick of the finger
- Create requisitions and labeling samples for testing and analysis
- Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing
- Run collected specimens through rapid-results machine
- Comply with SOPs and Safety Policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment), social distancing, and hand washing
- Proactively educating prospective customers on services offered by handing out flyers and answering questions
- Adhere to and maintain HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
- Willing to drive company van to assigned locations as needed
- Prior customer service experience
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Background check and motor vehicle report required
