Responsibilities
- Lead engaging fitness classes in various formats including Barre, Zumba, yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing.
- Design personalized fitness programs that cater to the diverse goals of clients.
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts, fostering a positive environment.
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time.
- Promote gym services and programs through effective fitness sales strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance personal knowledge through professional development.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role is preferred.
- Certifications in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., Barre, yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, any Dance Fitness) are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of program design principles and body mechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Previous experience in fitness sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
