Tube Bender Operator- 1ST Shift Full-time (4:30am – 2:00 pm)

Job description

Currently, we are looking for an individual to join our first shift team as a Tube Bender Operator. With this position, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who is mechanically inclined. Willing to train the right candidate. This individual must have the desire to learn all aspects of the job.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Fabricated metal products, according to customer specifications.

· Reads Engineering prints or similar documentation, then forms to those specifications.

· Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.

· Reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.

· Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.

· Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.

· Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.

· Follows all safety regulations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to read and understand engineering Prints.

· Ability to read a tape measure.

· Detail-oriented and consistent.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.

· Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and performing repetitive tasks.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.

· Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.

· Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.

· Must be able to follow all required safety procedures

· Must wear all required PPE

Job Type: Full-Time 1st Shift

Salary:

Base pay of $15.00 - $18.00\hrly, Plus weekly Production Bonus- Pay will be discussed further in the interview process.
