We are seeking a motivated full time Administrative Assistance to handle various clerical and client account duties.
The ideal person should be capable of multitasking, have an excitement to learn, & be flexible with evolving assignments.
A strong work ethic, team player mentality, and strong communication skills are considered an asset.
Job Responsibilities
- Data entry across internal database and external websites to maintain current and accurate client records
- Learn about and prepare various insurance documents for the commercial insurance team & clients as needed.
- Manage reports used to track client renewal information
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in office environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to learn all aspects of insurance and grow in responsibility
- Aptitude for navigating online platforms/websites
- Ability to function well in high-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of operating office equipment
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
