This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years' experience with Construction Supply and/or building materials industry. Knowledge and experience with acoustical ceiling tile products is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid time management and prioritization skills, and basic computer skills. A positive attitude and team player with a detail-oriented approach to work is also essential.Responsibilities
The Sales Associate will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Developing strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to sales, inventory, and customer interactions
- Coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assisting in the development of branch sales plan and strategy
