Role & Responsibilities
We are looking to immediately add a Vice President (VP), to be based in West Palm Beach, FL. As the Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in our investment strategy and execution. This role will not only position you as the deal quarterback but will also afford you the experience of investment banker networking, deal sourcing, direct interaction with management teams, board of director exposure, and capital formation participation. You will work closely with the Partner located in West Palm Beach on new deal execution and management while also supporting other L2 Partners with the existing portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to help build and shape the future of the firm with a nimble, energized team led by two seasoned lead Partners who have complementary expertise across investing and value creation execution.
As a critical transaction execution leader and portfolio company manager, the Vice President will be responsible for:
· Leading due diligence efforts, financial analysis, modeling, and market research for new investment opportunities
· Leading portfolio company sale/exit processes
· Executing debt financing and maintaining lender relationships
· Nurturing relationships with all third-party diligence providers
· Preparing investment committee and investor materials and reports
· Working closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives
· Monitoring portfolio company performance and metrics, including creation of relevant data warehousing and dashboards
· Supporting portfolio company strategic growth planning and strategy execution
· Deal sourcing in partnership with the Managing Partner
· Developing investment theses and contributing to investment strategy
· Supporting capital raising efforts, including interacting with investors and presenting opportunities and results

The ideal education and experience include:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA NOT required (equivalent years of work experience are highly valued)
- 4-8 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3-5 years of private equity or buy side investment experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of deal processing with minimal oversight
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with preference for individuals with experience in SQL, python or BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Advanced data analytics capabilities, with preference for experience processing and visualizing large data sets
- Capital formation and deal sourcing experience is a plus
