We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the baseball/softball market.
Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative for L2L Pro, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own client base within the baseball/softball community. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be empowered to build your book of business utilizing our established infrastructure, extensive product catalog featuring top brands, and robust resources for sales generation and fulfillment. This role is ideal for an ultra self-starter or someone with existing experience in the sporting goods industry, specifically within the baseball/softball market.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the baseball/softball market (teams, leagues, coaches, individual players, etc.).
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our extensive catalog.
- Generate sales quotes and proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent L2L Pro professionally and ethically at all times.
Qualifications:
- Required: At least college-level or minor league baseball/softball playing experience. This experience provides a deep understanding of the sport, the equipment needs of players, and the culture of the baseball/softball community.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the sporting goods industry (additional baseball/softball experience a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of the baseball/softball market and its specific needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,500.00 - $83,822.00 per year
