- Designing and implementing product systems for client delivery.
- Provide guidance to junior staff by breaking large features down into workable tasks for junior developers.
- Own product roadmap and assist with overall program roadmap.
- Conduct regular code reviews of peer’s work and offer constructive feedback.
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Troubleshoot application code to identify root cause for bugs.
- Develop unit, integration, and end to end automated tests to ensure quality.
- Develop automated systems to pipeline code in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment.
- Lead team brainstorming discussions on technical challenges and obstacles.
- Drive customer requirements, train customers on-site to meet business goals.
- Demonstrate vision in products and program planning.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active TOP SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor's of Science in IT-related field of study.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in multiple programming languages, preference for Python and JavaScript.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
- Must be willing to report to office location (Herndon, VA) daily to start, can negotiate hybrid schedule after first 4 weeks.
