What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Up Manager position at L3 Campus?
Property Management company specializing in student housing is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team and oversee the marketing & leasing efforts of our Orlando, FL property. The right candidate will be comfortable working with the Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and Leasing Manager. This person will oversee the Leasing Specialists with a focus on:
· Training and development
· Creating and implementing an annual marketing plan
· Overseeing local, online and social media marketing efforts and leasing events
· Social media
· Showing apartments
· Completing legal paperwork
· Assuring accuracy of follow-up schedule and property management software
· Networking and building general market knowledge
· Leasing & marketing strategies.
The right candidate must possess positive & motivated attitude, student housing or property management leasing experience, excellent work ethic, strong sales ability, professional appearance & demeanor, strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and be a self-starter who works well with others.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
