What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Manager position at L3 Campus?
Property Management company specializing in student housing is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team and oversee the marketing & leasing efforts of our Gainesville, FL properties. The right candidate will be comfortable overseeing Leasing Specialists with a focus on training and development; creating and implementing an annual marketing plan; overseeing local, online and social media marketing efforts and leasing events; working with students, showing apartments, completing legal paperwork, assuring accuracy of follow-up schedule and property management software, and generally assisting the General Manager with a variety of duties.
The right candidate must possess: positive & motivated attitude, student housing or property management leasing experience, excellent work ethic, strong sales ability, professional appearance & demeaner, strong computer skills, and be a self-starter as well as a contributing team member.
Preference will be shown to candidates who have experience in: student housing, social media marketing, and RealPage software. Only candidates who submit resumes will be considered.
