Job Description :

This person will contribute to the companys success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products.

Essential Functions :

• Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature
• Follows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts
• Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches
• Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels
• Uses Microsoft Office programs
• Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements
• Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment
• Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks
• Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).
• Able to transport up to 25 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to work overtime as needed

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the hourly range for this role in New York State is $17.75 - $29.81. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
