Job Description:

As Maintenance Technician C you will be responsible you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our Sensors Division as part of our Production team. Additionally, this role will be responsible for performing testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of electro optical and infrared products.

Essential Functions:

• Performing functional test procedures on various electronic products.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems by replacing electronic assemblies.
• Install software and firmware in accordance with instructions.
• Work to contractual deadlines to meet customer delivery dates.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Maintain required service documentation in appropriate documents.
• Provide regular status reports on work in progress.
• Understand and follow appropriate test equipment / safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Prolonged standing.
• Must be able to move from lab to lab and inside the lab that you are located in.
